Our diverse range of classes offers something suitable for every fitness level and every age. Whether you want to improve your flexibility with yoga, tone your problem areas with abs–legs–glutes, strengthen your back, or really work up a sweat with high-energy workouts such as Tabata, Zumba, and spinning – you’ll find the right class with us. Our experienced trainers will support you on your journey toward greater fitness and well-being. Participation in and registration for regular classes is available to members only.

Participation in the premium classes is also available to SeniorFit members. Registration and payment are completed online in the members’ area or on site at the fitness studio. You will receive a dedicated access medium at the spa reception, which is activated specifically for the respective class time.
